Where we ship

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO, and international addresses aren’t supported yet.)
Processing & delivery windows

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Transit time: Most orders deliver in 2–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

You’ll receive tracking info via email as soon as your order processes.
Modular shipments (multiple boxes)

Each modular piece ships in its own box. It’s normal for boxes in the same order to arrive on different days.

If any box is delayed more than 6 business days from the first delivery, email support@bromahome.com and we’ll make it right.
Address changes & delivery issues

Before processing: Free address corrections.

After processing / in‑transit: We’ll attempt a reroute through the carrier. Carrier fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Undeliverable / refused shipments: If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or refusal, we can reship (reship fees apply) or refund minus any carrier return charges.
Lost, missing, or damaged in transit

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive the box, first check around the property and with neighbors. If still missing, contact us immediately.

For damage or packaging concerns, please email photos within 7 days of delivery so we can assist promptly.
Order cutoff, weekends & holidays

Orders placed on weekends/holidays process the next business day. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier volume or weather.
